Weekly Gallery Tour: Interview with Brent Skidmore

Miss seeing our exhibitions? Us, too! Since our galleries are currently closed to the public, we're excited to bring you into our exhibitions through online virtual tours each week. We'll be featuring artwork from our current exhibitions, providing stories on exhibiting artists, and sharing tidbits of interesting history.

This week, we're highlighting exhibiting artist Brent Skidmore, who hails from Asheville, NC. Brent was at the museum recently installing several of his works in one of our latest exhibitions, Branching Out, which features work created out of wood from across our state. We took the opportunity to engage him with this short interview. Enjoy!

You can see more of Brent's work at www.brentskidmore.com.
