Create Mickalene Thomas pet portrait collages - BRING a printed photo of your pet(s) to be cut and pasted into a collage. Images 2-8” wide would be best.
Every Tuesday, 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Children ages 6 - 12 are invited to join us for creative art-making activities through a variety of media, from watercolor to clay. Each week features a famous artist, book, or theme to serve as inspiration and guidance for the art-making activity.
This class is funded by the North Carolina Arts Council Hurricane Helene Relief Grants for Organizations in Western North Carolina. This free youth class program is in effect through the end of June 2025.
